Get Computerized

I had been facing  problem - using of both intranet and Wifi internet simultaneously. Now, most of our desktops and laptops in default have Ethernet and Wifi with them. At practical, we are facing lots of problems in using both simultaneously.  We either not able to view of peer computers and not able to take prints from our network printers and also not able to access our server based software functional,etc. If we disable the wifi and restart the system, we are  able to work on the network ie. able to access peer computers, network prints and also the server based software functional. Here, we are not able to use the wifi and if we enable the wifi, the intranet network goes and the wifi is working. Can anyone help me ! enable to work on intranet and wifi, both at a time.

Slow network and non access to some Computers  : Recently we had a network issue like the data accessing is slow and their is non availability of network computers , which are all our part of network.   Myself checked the network connections of all systems and the router connections too. Then, checked the accessibility with pinging in all systems.  The pings works but the data accessing and non availability of shared systems still exists. Then I tried with the IP configs of our systems. There the odd man is out and there is conflict of IPs between two or more systems. The whole network is turned off and started by swiching one by one,  kept ordering the IPs and all came fine working.   Even this IPs setting is easier the same IPs gave a headache to all the people in the network. By God's grace it is sort out within limited time. Please take care while giving IP numbers.

Installation of Canon Printer 2420 : 1. Download the driver setup of Canon 2420 for your OS. 2. Run the setup. 3. Connect the printer and switch is ON. 4. Also connect with LAN cable. 5. Before installation on the system , just assign an Ip for the printer in it using the panel in the front. 6. In the New version of MS Office 2013, it is a bit harder to find scanning. We use Canon 2420 multifunction printer for scanning.  In the previous versions of MS Office, by the 'Insert ' menu option from scanner is available and it helped a lot. But in the newer version, I am not able to find the scanning option.  Finally its 'OneNot' where I am able to scan.  In the 'Onenote'   -- 'Insert; menu select the option 'Scanned Image' and scan. This can be saved into PDF file without any 3rd party software. Happy scanning.
