Scanning in MS Office 2013

In the New version of MS Office 2013, it is a bit harder to find scanning.

We use Canon 2420 multifunction printer for scanning.  In the previous versions of MS Office, by the 'Insert ' menu option from scanner is available and it helped a lot.

But in the newer version, I am not able to find the scanning option.  Finally its 'OneNot' where I am able to scan.  In the 'Onenote'   -- 'Insert; menu select the option 'Scanned Image' and scan.

This can be saved into PDF file without any 3rd party software.
