Installation of Canon Printer 2420 : 1. Download the driver setup of Canon 2420 for your OS. 2. Run the setup. 3. Connect the printer and switch is ON. 4. Also connect with LAN cable. 5. In the New version of MS Office 2013, it is a bit harder to find scanning. We use Canon 2420 multifunction printer for scanning.  In the previous versions of MS Office, by the 'Insert ' menu option from scanner is available and it helped a lot. But in the newer version, I am not able to find the scanning option.  Finally its 'OneNot' where I am able to scan.  In the 'Onenote'   -- 'Insert; menu select the option 'Scanned Image' and scan. This can be saved into PDF file without any 3rd party software. Happy scanning.
